The Department of Applied Linguistics, Sapientia Hungarian University of Transylvania, Faculty of Technical and Human Sciences Târgu-Mureș is pleased to announce its international conference entitled TRANS-LINGUISTICA 4, to be held on May 25–27, 2017.
Conference languages: English, German, Romanian, Hungarian.
Sections:
1. Mother tongue language pedagogy and foreign language teaching
2. The theory and practice of translation
3. The tradition of multilingualism in the European culture
4. Language use and language contact
Participants are welcome to contribute with thematic presentations (15 + 5 minutes), posters, case studies, workshops, and can suggest topics for round-table discussions. An author may have a maximum of two presentations.
Participants are kindly invited to fill in the application form until April 10, 2017, and send it to the following address: translinguistica4gmail.com.
Conference fee: 200 RON (upon registration, on site), covering registration, conference materials, reception (May 25, 8 p.m.), as well as coffee breaks.
A selection of the presentations will be published in the conference proceedings available in international databases. Written papers will be accepted only if they are presented at the conference and only after peer-review.

Vielsprachigkeit und Mehrsprachigkeit in Europa
Der Lehrstuhl für Angewandte Sprachwissenschaft an der Fakultät für Technische und Geisteswissenschaften in Neumarkt der Ungarischen Universität Siebenbürgens SAPIENTIA die 4. Ausgabe der internationalen Konferenz TRANS-LINGUISTICA 4 zwischen dem 25. und dem 27. Mai 2017. veranstalten wird.
Der Sammelband unserer Konferenz aus dem Jahre 2015 (Sprachliche und kulturelle Wechselwirkungen im interdisziplinären Rahmen) ist im November 2016 erschienen.
Die Konferenzsprachen sind: Ungarisch, Rumänisch, Englisch und Deutsch.
Themenbereiche:
1. Muttersprachenunterricht und Fremdsprachenunterricht
2. Übersetzungstheorie - Übersetzungspraxis
3. Die Tradition der Mehrsprachigkeit in der europäischen Kultur
4. Sprachgebrauch und sprachliche Beziehungen
Interessenten können mit thematischen Vorträgen (Dauer: 15 Minuten + 5 Minuten Fragen, Besprechungen), Posterpräsentationen, Fallstudien, praktischen Darstellungen teilnehmen. Weiterhin besteht die Möglichkeit, Rundtischgespräche vorzuschlagen.

Die redigierte Fassung der Vorträge werden wir in einem in internationalen Datenbasen registrierten Sammelband veröffentlichen.
Die Teilnahmegebühr beträgt 200 RON (zahlbar bei Ankunft) und deckt die Kosten für die Anmeldung, die Konferenzmappe, den Stehempfang, sowie Kaffee, Erfrischungsgetränke, Wasser, Kekse in den Kaffeepausen.
